⏰ Shipping Processing Time: All orders are processed within 4 hours of receiving payment confirmation. We strive to ensure that your order is dispatched as soon as possible. Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day.

🚚 Delivery options: We offer two delivery options for our customers in Cyprus:

1️⃣ 📍 Point to Point: We will deliver your order to the nearest ACS Courier office to your shipping address. You can collect your package at your convenience. Estimated delivery: 1-3 working days ACS Courier office collection fee is €2

2️⃣ 🏠 Point to Door: ACS Courier will deliver your order directly to your location, offering you ultimate comfort. Estimated delivery: 1-3 working days ACS Courier House delivery fee is €6 🆓

Free shipping:

If the value of your order exceeds €30.00 point-to-point delivery is free.

If the value of your order exceeds €100.00 door to door delivery is free.

🔄 Return Policy for OnlyTrends

At OnlyTrends.com.cy, we strive to provide the best customer experience and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to return a product. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand the process and conditions for returning items.

1. Free returns (up to 2 times per year) We offer free returns up to 2 times per year for each customer. If you wish to return a product, you are entitled to a full refund and we will cover the return shipping costs. To be eligible for a free return, the following conditions must be met: The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. to be submitted within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please note that once you have reached the maximum of 2 free returns per year, any additional returns within the same year may incur return shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

🔍 2. Defective or damaged products If you receive a defective or damaged product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we ask that you take clear photos of the damaged or defective item and contact our customer support team at support@onlytrends.com.cy . Our team will review the photos provided to verify the issue.After verification, we will offer two options:

a) Replacement: If the product is in stock, we will arrange to send you a replacement at no extra cost.

b) Refund: If no replacement is available or you prefer a refund, we will issue you a full refund money, including any shipping charges, back to the original payment method or to another payment method that you indicate to us.

⏳3. Time frame for returns To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Beyond this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. 🚫

4.Shipping the wrong product In the rare event that we ship the wrong product, we sincerely apologize for the error. If you receive a product other than what you ordered, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at our expense. Additionally, you can choose to keep the faulty item and we will issue a partial refund or return it to us for a full refund.

🔄Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a) Contact our customer support team at support@onlytrends.com.cy and provide the necessary details about your order, the item you want to return and the reason for the return.

b) Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a shipping label return, if applicable.

c) Package the product securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.

d) Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.

Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed.

🚫Non-Return ItemsSome items are not eligible for returns, such as: Personalized or bespoke products, Gift Cards, Software or downloadable digital products.
